Being part of our young and motivated team, the Community Officer will assist in managing the day to day operation in the coworking facility and push towards lead generation and customer satisfaction, through improving the customer service and experience in the space, and maintain a healthy and professional relationship with clients, partners and stakeholders.

 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive and innovative community outreach plan targeting individuals, startups, freelancers, corporates and organizations.
  • Conduct the client onboarding process
  • File and archive specific forms for referrals and weekly reporting are taking place while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Maintain and grow a database of clients, partners, leads and community
  • Raise tenants’ concerns, maintain retention and report to the manager
  • Manage day to day logistics, procurement and utilities
  • Coordinate maintenance issue and monitor cost efficiency 
  • Monitor the daily ongoing activities on premises, and help create a culture of innovation
  • Provide administrative and business support services to tenants and prospects
  • Events planning, coordination and execution
  • Participate in events and represent HEXA as requested
  • Coordinate with other staff of the organization and the group
  • Other tasks as directed by the management
 Skills and Qualifications
  • Undergraduate or graduate in any field related to business, engineering and IT
  • 2+ years of relevant experience 
  • Equipped with basic digital skills and productive tools
  • Excellent communications skills (English and Arabic)
  • Dynamic, proactive and self-motivated
  • Cool personality and interpersonal skills
  • Result and performance oriented 
  • Familiar with social media trends and best practices
